We asked our friend Dr. Albina Colden, an artist who is a fluent Russian speaker, to translate the instruction sheet from a 20X loupe, and here is her translation.

4 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
4.1 The loupe should be handled with care. It should be stored in a clean environment and protected from mechanical damage, from sudden fluctuations in temperature, and from prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV radiation.
4.2 To remove dust from optical surfaces, use a soft brush or micro-fiber cloth, with a light touch. Oily stains or other residue should be removed using cotton-wool, dipped lightly in alcohol.
5 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
Viewing Loupe LP-4-20x corresponds with GOST 25706-83, TU RB 07526946.072-94 and is deemed appropriate for use.
6 TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
6.1 The loupe can be transported in any type of enclosed transport in temperatures between -45 to +45ºC and relative humidity levels of 100% in +25ºC temperature.
6.2 The loupe must be stored in heated and ventilated interiors, in temperatures between +5 and +40ºC and relative humidity levels of up to 80% in +25ºC temperature.
7 MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE
7.1 The manufacturer guarantees that the loupe complies with the guidelines of TU RB 07526946.072-94, GOST 25706-83, when used, transported and stored as indicated.
7.2 The loupe is warranted for use for a period of 18 months from the day of sale through retail distribution.
7.3 The loupe is warranted for storage for a period of 3 years from the day of manufacture.
