“I’m not writing it down to remember it later, I’m writing it down to remember it now.”
Inspired by the vanishing subgenre of agricultural memo books, ornate pocket ledgers and the simple, unassuming beauty of a well-crafted grocery list, the Draplin Design Company of Portland, Oregon, and Coudal Partners of Chicago, Illinois, have teamed up to bring you FIELD NOTES in hopes of offering “an honest memo book, worth fillin’ up with GOOD INFORMATION.”
The Field Notes three-pack features:
Three 48-page memo books.
Each memo book is 31/2" wide by 51/2" tall (8.9 cm × 14 cm) — perfect shirt-pocket size!
Rugged three-staple saddle-stitch process; these books won't fall apart on you.
Pads are made of Boise Offset 50#T White paper that handles fountain pen ink really well.
Field Notes come with your choice of the traditional graph-ruled style, lined for note taking or journaling, or plain for the doodler or artist in you. And if you’re the indecisive type, you can choose a sampler pack containing one book of each design.
Price: $9.95 per three-pack.
