Within a given manufacturer, pens are organized alphanumerically, with numbers preceding letters; thus, the Parker 61 is listed before the Parker Jack-Knife Safety Pen.
The presence of a +P symbol next to an index entry indicates that the pen or pens in question are accompanied by one or more matching pencils.
